What the boys have been up to...
Laundry together can be fun...
Except when your brother keeps throwing laundry on you...
Again and again...
I got an alphabet puzzle from the ARC the other day. It is Melissa and Doug and very cute. Jay could say what most of the letters stood for because of the pictures: A is for "apple" e is for "elephant"...but when we got to N is for (nuts) he said "N is for poop" because that is what the pictures looked like to him.
Milk-a-nigh-nigh is a saying that Jay and John came up with over a year ago, but both boys love to cuddle and drink their "milk" before bed.
I don't think I shared this picture from earlier in the month where I created my own air hokey area for Jay with bottle lids and tops. I felt like I should have been on Pintrest that day:)

A few videos
Yee Haw at the Rodeo:
Bathtub time. When the boys were sick last week, we spent a lot of time in the bathtub per doctors orders..so we had a lot of random conversations and splashes.
Jay was asking why the foghorn was sounding while we watched the patriots play football, so John taught him some of the differences between New England and Denver.
Today when I was cleaning the boys did some wrestling/jumping on the bed.

Jay's bike
I got Jay's garage sale bike fixed up (with the fancy tires that withstand thorns and some training wheels) and I have never seen him happier to wake up from a nap..."mom, I go ride my bike?"
He did very well right away...
...and then got a little to close to the Colorado curbs and took a tumble at the end of the street. He did get a nice gash on his eyelid, but when I asked if he wanted to go put ice on it he said..."no..I want to ride bike more".
Luckily it was 42 today and VERY sunny. We actually ate Little Ceasars Pizza outside at a coffee shop table without coats on while we were waiting for his bike to get fixed.
Andy, on the other hand...discovered the tupperware area. He had a blast and Jay didn't even try to take away what he was playing with:)
