Jay's 8th grade Mustangs Football
Jay had fun playing with friends again for MMS football.
He played quarterback half the time, and occasionally defense.
Here is a clip from the end of the first half of one of the games:
I took a lot of pictures during these, so way less video footage, but the boys loved it and used my pictures for profile pictures of all their social media stuff, which was kind of fun:)

John and Andy 6th grade JM FB season
Andy highlights from 6th grade JM FB:
Mustangs vs Berthoud:
Andy worked so hard this season, and loved being able to be a tight end, safety and a ton of other positions. There were people yelling "watch #23" at each game because they knew he was a threat. So thankful for another safe season, even if they didn't get as far into the playoffs as they did last year. It was really fun when they surpised Jack with a jersey with his brother Andy's number on it.

Andy Riders 10u baseball season
Andy had fun playing with the 10u riders this past summer. The went from Ogden, Utah, to Snowmass/Aspen and everywhere up and down the Front Range.
Father's day was fun, when they made shirts of the dad's and sons!
Here was a great catch from the outfield:
Andy played mostly Right and Left Feild, with occasionally 3rd base.

Ellie's 7th Birthday Party- ICE CREAM
Ellie has always loved ice cream with sprinkles, so when we decided an Elephant and Piggy (Books) party wasn't quite going to work, Ice Cream topped the list next.
First the Decor:
I found some chiffon long cloth at a thrift store and used some of the golden decorations from Jack and Cherry's Anniversary party. I found old party hats and other cone decorations at thrift stores and made them into Ice cream Cones. With brown paper I made the cones for outside.
The Food: Pretty chill as it was a 1pm party, but still meat and cheese tray, veggies, lots of fruit, goodies and of course cake and ice cream. Man did I struffle with the cake. Between the funfeti layers falling apart while trying to frost them, to the drips just not dripping correctly...It was a mess. Luckily in a few picture it looks just fine:)
Activities:
Ellie wanted to keep it pretty low key- where you could do what you wanted to...so we had the Ice Cream Name, The Stuffy Pit of fun (too cold for water), The sand toys, and the Paint your own Flower pot (and of course the trampoline).
Then there was the Ice Cream Topping Bar:
And the goodie bags:
Happy Birthday Girl, we love you:)
